He was strongly influenced by his early experience in Saint Emilion alongside Chef Philippe Etchebest, followed by seven years under the demanding leadership of starred chef Eric Frechon at the Bristol ... and then the excitement of the Drugstore, the legendary brasserie on the Champs Élysées: Bruno Aubin is a skilled perfectionist who shares enthusiastically.
